TimeTools Ethernet Digital Wall Clock units synchronise time with NTP Server systems, such as our TimeTools NTP s5000 series devices. The ethernet wall clocks use the supplied very accurate reference time stamp to provide a synchronized LED timing display. The units can easily be configured to obtain synchronized time from any internet or intranet based network time protocol NTP time source.
The ethernet wall clocks are configured using a telnet session from a PC located on the network to set various parameters such as time-zone (TZ), daylight saving time (DST) and NTP (Network Time Protocol) reference clock IP address \ DNS name.
TimeTools NTP Server systems provide an ideal time reference for the Ethernet Wall Clocks.

To aid installation and maintenance, the Ethernet Wall Clocks are powered using POE (Power-over-Ethernet). This means that no mains outlet is required at the location where the clock is to be mounted. If your network is not POE power-over-ethernet enabled, all you need is a small inexpensive power-injector (or mid-span converter) which can be sited behind the clock or in your computer room\data center, for total flexibility.
